Welcome to AgedGamer.com!
Aged Gamer is a property of The Indie Media network of sites and is a dedication to the love of all things good in the Retro side of the gaming industry. Our goal is to re-visit old games, memories and concepts as well as to take a look at the new wave of Retro-style games.
We provide article content that covers news, reviews, re-reviews and opinion pieces which are intended to stir your memories of the games of yore. We grew up with these games, why just leave them on the shelf?
On top of covering the dust-filled classics, whenever a (more or less) direct sequel to a long-forgotten franchise pops up we may choose to cover that too, though only in very specific cases.
Wait… what is a Re-Review? And what is Retro-News? Check out our Site Features for more information on these exclusive Aged Gamer Features.

The Staff:
Chris Priestman — Managing Editor,
I’m old, but not THAT old, unlike these other writers. I heard you can smell the senile on them. Anyway, I love old games, anything hard is sure to get me aroused….wait, not like that! What I mean is that I love the challenge of older games, the ones I grew up with and will happily talk about how game design was SO much better in those good old days.
Peter Christiansen — Lead Editor,
I’m 32 years old, meaning I pretty much grew up playing what we cover here on AgedGamer. I have a great passion for writing, and with the history of gaming being even older than me, I’ll never run out of content to ramble about!
Thomas Faust — Contributor,
Still too lazy to create a bio.
